Bio
I'm a Board-Certified Cognitive Specialist with 20 years of experience building systems that serve real people at scale. At Harvard's Berkman Klein Center, I design AI-mediated experiences for deliberative platforms — including the Personality Lab, an original framework I built for creating and measuring distinct AI personas in civic research environments.
Before Harvard, I led product design for USA.gov, Vote.gov, and Search.gov at GSA — federal platforms serving 100M+ users annually — where I earned the Service to the Citizen Award and directed a full redesign that achieved a 91.6% accessibility score at launch.
I'm exploring my next chapter in AI product design, civic technology, or human-centered design leadership — ideally somewhere design is treated as a form of governance, not decoration.

Personality Lab — AI Persona Design Tool
Built from scratch—no blueprint, no precedent. The Personality Lab is a custom tool for designing, calibrating, and demoing distinct AI personas using an original framework, measurement system, and evaluation instruments I developed independently at Harvard.

NextSpace — AI-Facilitated Civic Dialogue
Leading UX and UI design for an AI-facilitated event platform built for structured deliberation and civic engagement. Designing the end-to-end interaction architecture and AI assistant experience, developing distinct AI personas across deliberative spaces.

USA.gov Redesign — Federal Civic Infrastructure
Led inclusive product design and pioneered assistive technology user research for the government's primary civic platform. 100M+ users annually. 91.6% accessibility score at launch. Service to the Citizen Award recipient.
